Job Description
The Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP) supports the Generali Group in optimizing its digital services, its service quality and the creation of synergies. GOSP uses common technology platforms for the Group. As a joint venture partner, Accenture provides expertise to support transformation, innovation and scaling. GOSP develops solutions for digitalization and the introduction of a cloud-centric model. GOSP includes IT infrastructure, procurement, and security operations, among others.
- Master's degree in computer science or engineering, ideally in communication systems and networks or equivalent vocational training
- Knowledge and at least three years of experience in networking
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco Catalyst 9X00, Cisco SD WAN, Checkpoint VPN solutions and network monitoring (PRTG, Cisco ThousandEyes)
- Analytical skills, high level of problem-solving skills, target-oriented work and a strong customer focus
- High level of commitment, confident appearance, strong communication skills and presentation skills
- Team spirit and willingness to travel on business
- High skill in spoken and written German and English (at least B2)
- You are experienced in software development and scripting (i.e. Python, Perl and Powershell)
- You've got knowledge in the following areas: Windows administration, SNMP, HTTP, APIs, Linux administration (Shell, SystemD), MariaDB
