We are looking for a Director Business Partner IT (m/f/d) for our Continental Europe and Northern Europe & Israel regions. As Director Business Partner IT, you will be responsible for overseeing all IT initiatives and activities within your assigned region. This includes managing local IT delivery, demand management, portfolio management and project sites.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the regional IT team, including IT Demand Manager,s IT Service Managers, IT Project Managers and IT Site Managers
  • Coordinate with the Regional Service Manager to oversee external vendors and ensure optimal performance of regional services
  • Implement corporate IT strategies and communications within the region, driving alignment between IT and business objectives
  • Monitor and report on service levels and other performance metrics within the region to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Define and implement policies and procedures to ensure regional IT operations comply with Corporate IT, regulatory and security requirements
  • Manage the relationship between business and IT, consult the business in regards to IT business architecture and create a common IT portfolio and road map planning
  • Represent regional interests in interactions with IT managers from other regions, advocating for local demands and portfolio priorities.
  • Collaborate with Corporate IT Infrastructure, Applications, Security, and other relevant departments to align regional IT operations with overarching strategies

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience as an IT Manager in dynamic, change-driven international environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT initiatives with broader business objectives
  • Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred
