- Maintaining IT hardware, software and network services on site in Mannheim
- Monitor and manage backups, patching and on-premises data centers PC deployment L2 and L3 support for the global L1 service desk
- Maintain local software licenses and hardware inventory
- Prepare and track purchase requisitions for hardware/software
- Participation in IT operations and change projects
- Member of the network services delivery team responsible for the global ADB Safegate network
- Completed training in IT or comparable
- Several years of experience as an IT administrator, preferably in an international environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools and services (Windows Server, Windows Client OS, MS Office), data center technologies and IT security
- General overview of data centers, Office 365 services Very good knowledge of IT infrastructure management and good knowledge of MS Azure networking and network management (L2/L3 switches, NGFW, wireless, NPS,..)
- Workplace services, UC services, network and security services
- Communication and solution orientation, high customer orientation, negotiation and conflict management
- Fluent German and English skills
