Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. You'll undertake a wide range of HR task and responsibilities in all personnel-related topics of daily business at the headquarters in Düsseldorf, leading recruitment processes, onboarding of new employees, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. And you'll also act as the main point of contact for employees' queries on all HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department's operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Create JD´s and post job openings, organize interviews, communicate with applicants and head-hunters, select candidates and conducting initial interviews
  • Conduct employee onboarding
  • Organize training & development initiatives
  • Responsible for Employee engagement: organization of team activities and monthly team events, preparation for global townhall meetings
  • Assist with International HR topics: employee workshops, integration of new overseas offices, HR business partnering with international offices
  • Manage Performance Management related processes
  • Advocate for corporate culture
  • Autonomously manage daily HR admin duties, including employee file maintenance, document creation (e.g., employment contracts, work certificates, reference letters)
  • Main point of contact for the external payroll office, prepare relevant employee data and checking of payroll documents
  • Participation in creating and implementing HR policies, standards, and processes
  • Manage relocation processes & handle visa matters
  • Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics

  • Bachelor's or university degree and 2+ years of practical experience in the field of Human Resources
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist is a plus
  • Initial understanding of all general HR topics, such as labor law, recruiting processes, employer branding, corporate culture, and employee relations, compensation methodology
  • A high level of commitment, enthusiasm for work, and driving initiatives forward, interest in learning and development, precise work approach despite a practical mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and international working environment.
  • Enjoyment of working in a multinational team with openness and respect for different cultures
  • Fluent English and German language skills is a must
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Experience and proficient in MS Office
