As an EV Charging Test Technician at Hubject, you are responsible for the coordination and project implementation of charging and Plug&Charge projects. You are jointly responsible for conformance and interoperability tests for vehicle manufacturers, charging station manufactures/ operators and mobility service providers.hat Kontextmenü

Your Tasks

  • Work in the Hubject Testing Facility to improve the charging capabilities of our international clients
  • Responsible for carrying out interoperability and conformance tests for OEM carmakers, charging station manufacturer and charge point operators
  • Installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware (eg. Charging Station, EV-Simulators)
  • Setting up charging station (grit connection systems) in adherence to safety protocols
  • Implementing new interoperability testcases for EV charging with state-of-the-art emulators
  • Analyze test result data
  • Stakeholder management, coordination with development, customer support


  • Completed vocational training (Ausbildung ) as a Fachinformatiker*IN (m/f/d), Informationselektroniker (m/f/d)
  • or equivalent qualification + 3 years of work experience
  • Proficiency in IT infrastructure, network administration, and system integration
  • Computer Networking Experience
  • Experience in troubleshooting and technical support
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Interest in eMobility
  • Structured and result-oriented way of working
  • You will need a driver's licence (B)
  • Qualified electrician certificate
