Prozessoptimierung und -automatisierung Strukturierte und logisch nachvollziehbare Aufnahme von Anforderungen und Dokumentation der Zielprozesse Konzeptionierung von maßgeschneiderten Automatisierungslösungen, insb. basierend auf Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Planung und Koordination von RPA-Projekten entlang der gesamten ALDI SÜD Wertschöpfungskette Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops für interne Kunden Dein Profil Was du mitbringen solltest. Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder mit vergleichbarem Schwerpunkt Berufserfahrung in einer beratenden Rolle für Prozessautomatisierung mit Tools wie z.B. UIPath, BluePrism oder Power Automate Fundierte methodische Fähigkeiten im Bereich Prozessanalyse und Anforderungsmanagement Positives Mindset, analytische sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, um komplexe Geschäftsprozesse zu verstehen und zu verbessern Ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz und gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse Was wünschenswert ist. Analysing and pre-qualifying requirements concerning process optimisation and automation in coordination with our internal customers Recording requirements and documenting target processes in a structured and logically comprehensible way Preparing concepts for customised automation solutions, e.g. based on robotic process automation (RPA) Planning and coordinating RPA projects along the entire ALDI SOUTH supply chain Holding training sessions and workshops for internal customers Your Profile What you bring with you. University degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the area of process automation and using relevant tools, such as UIPath, BluePrism or Power Automate Profound methodological skills in the area of process analysis and requirements management Positive mindset, analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking and working, as well as enjoyment in shaping and accompanying change Excellent communication skills and good German and English language skills Desirable extras.
