You will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of our operations and project management processes. Given the significance of our growth program, your expertise in project management will be invaluable in evaluating project execution, adherence to best practices, and alignment with strategic objectives. Your insights will be instrumental in driving improvements that guarantee the success of our growth initiative.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of operational processes and project management methodologies.
  • Evaluate the alignment of projects with the strategic objectives of Uniper's growth program.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Analyze project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure optimal delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements, cost savings, and enhanced project outcomes.
  • Clearly communicate audit findings, recommendations, and action plans to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corrective measures and process improvements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, operational standards, and project management best practices.

  • Master's degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, operations, or related roles.
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and operational processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and German.
