Junior Supply Chain Manager – Energy Storage Systems (1-year-contract)

  • Managing and tracking the warehousing and stock process (including incoming and outgoing posting in the system) and stock data management
  • Monthly stock closing and quarterly on-site stocktaking
  • Organizing and tracking the shipping of products, including new products for service, return of used products, products for analysis and refurbishing, and used products for sale
  • Managing and requesting shipping and warehousing-related documents, including but not limited to POD, delivery notes, and stock report
  • Processing purchase orders to the Headquarter, including tracking of shipment, S/N management, PO creation, and Open PO management
  • Managing the Tax Assessment document and Import Duty/VAT data
  • Processing sale orders for the used products, including S/N management, approval requests, ERP posting, PO and invoice creation, and AR Clearing
  • Trouble-shooting with the stock discrepancy, shipping, and SCM-related invoices
  • Administrative tasks related to the shipping and stock, including approval requests, invoice review, vendor registration, and shipping document creation and management
  • Active participation and assistance in the preparation of monthly and annual reports and statistics related to stock, used product sales, and shipping

  • University degree in economics or logistics or a comparable qualification
  • Multi-year experience (< 3 years) as SCM
  • Commercial training with a focus on SCM, transport, and logistics or a comparable qualification
  • Experience and knowledge in logistics and warehousing process
  • Experience with database management processes - ideally SAP
  • Professional, highly motivated individual with a strong results-oriented work ethic
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a minimum of supervision
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP, and other accounting software
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal, written, and presentation
  • Fluent English and German language skills (Korean is a plus)

Note: This position is limited to a 1-year-contract (maternity leave replacement).
