We are currently searching for a Global Director Total Rewards who will lead the compensation & benefits strategy for Stepstone Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation & benefits policies and programs that attract and retain top talent while aligning with the company´s overall business goals across all regions and countries where the company operates.

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with the company`s global business strategy and goals.
  • Governance of all Compensation and Benefits related topics to ensure global standards for the whole Stepstone Group.
  • Responsibility to further implement and maintain the internal job grading methodology as basis for salary bands, job titles, benefit structures.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure that the company´s compensation and benefits packages are competitive and attract top talent across regions and countries where the company operates.
  • Development and implementation of salary bands for the whole Stepstone Group. Managing and maintaining the company´s compensation structure, ensuring it is fair, equitable and consistent.
  • Oversee the administration of the company's benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans and other employee benefits, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Development and management of the budget for compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they are cost-effective and sustainable across all regions.
  • Guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters, including job evaluations, salary reviews, and employee benefits, taking into account local laws and cultural differences.
  • Analysis and monitoring of compensation and benefits trends across different regions and countries to ensure that the company´s programs remain competitive and compliant with local legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Development and maintenance of strong relationships with external vendors, consultants and partners to ensure the company´s programs are aligned with the industry best practices across all regions.

  • Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Master´s preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years in similar role
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful compensation and benefits programs across different regions and countries in matrixed organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of global compensation and benefits laws and regulations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision making sills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills with experience leading a team across different cultures and regions
  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
