- You develop new ceramic materials and products that are essential to produce semiconductors and accompany the development from the feasibility study to the introduction of volume production.
- You are responsible for the further development of processes in the field of coating (e.g. CVD, ALD or PVD)
- You will be an active member of development projects. Your tasks include project planning, regular monitoring and controlling project costs.
- You will document your development results in the form of reports, presentations, and publications in German or English.
- Successfully completed a master's degree in materials science, physics, chemistry or engineering. Ideally, you have a doctorate in your field
- Several years of professional experience in the application or development of coating technologies such as CVD, ALD or PVD
- Good knowledge of the properties, processing and determination of ceramic materials
- Well-versed in the application of agile project management and a strong customer and start-up mentality
- Business fluent in written and spoken English and speak good German
