As the Senior Brand Manager at Hemro, your objective is to elevate our brand presence and strengthen our position in the coffee industry. You will lead two direct reports and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic brand initiatives that resonate with our target audience and differentiate us from competitors. Your mission is to drive brand equity, consumer engagement, and market share through innovative marketing campaigns and impactful brand experiences.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives
  • Leading the development of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Managing brand budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and excellence
  • Monitoring and evaluating brand performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management
  • Previous experience managing at least one direct report
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in both German and English
  • Passion for the coffee industry
