International Product Manager (f/m/x) Immunochemistry


  • Be the subject matter expert for Sysmex' Immunochemistry platform (including instruments, reagents, consumables and software - across the entire Product-Life-Cycle)

  • Develope and conduct training courses, providing product support, development & release of product documentation, managing topics related to local regulations

  • Conduct market surveys, translate market requirements into product requirements and portfolio needs, working closely with other Sysmex stakeholders

  • Collaborate closely and effectively with the teams from Sysmex group companies, affiliates and internal departments

  • Support our sales teams with joint visits and data provision, represent the immunochemistry portfolio at conferences/ exhibitions

  • Provide 2nd level application and product support to Sysmex affiliates, distributors, and partners in the EMEA region for immunochemistry analysers, reagents, and applications

  • Provide installation and on-site support to our affiliates and distributors


  • Academic degree in natural sciences, biotechnology, medical sciences or similar degree
  • More than 3 years professional experience in the laboratory diagnostics market (IVD)
  • Experience and knowledge in the field of immunoassays/ immunochemistry
  • Effective written and spoken (English) communication, presentation and teaching skills
  • Perseverance and business orientation
  • Highly analytical, structured and proactive work style combined with the willingness to develop a new business field
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (approx. 20 %)
  • Problem solving capabilities in a multi-cultural and complex environment
