The Product Management team is part of the Technology department at Oldendorff and tasked with bridging the gap between business needs, technological solutions and user empowerment. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager with expertise in digital workplace software applications, particularly Microsoft 365. As Product Manager you are the intermediary between our Technology department and the rest of the organization.


  • Participation in creating the product strategy and product roadmap
  • Assessing responsibilities within the application landscape of different departments as well as in the broader company context with regards to digital workplace software applications, especially Microsoft 365
  • Communication with various stakeholders to understand and prioritize their requirements and propose solutions
  • Evaluation of existing solution landscapes from a technological and functional perspective and derive implementation plans from this
  • Development and further enhancement of the existing product management methods together with our product management team
  • Evaluation and implementation of new software solutions in collaboration with departments within the existing cloud strategy

  • At least 5 years experience as Product Manager (m/f/d) or a similar role with expertise in digital workplace software applications, especially Microsoft 365
  • Fluency in English & German (verbal & written)
  • Good understanding of technology as well as business economics
  • High level of self-initiative and a sense of responsibility plus enjoy working in a solution-driven field
  • Strong competencies in communication and organization
  • Experience in working with agile methodologies
  • Willingness to travel abroad on occasional basis
