  • Work in the Service Desk team as an ICT System Integrator, providing technical support and assistance to our internal users.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve various IT issues, such as hardware, software, network, and security problems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and devices, such as laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, phones, and tablets.
  • Work closely with experienced IT professionals who will mentor and guide you throughout your apprenticeship.

  • Someone who is enthusiastic, curious, and motivated to learn and grow in the IT field.
  • A good level of English. Any additional European language, e.g. German or French are an asset. Some basic IT knowledge and skills are a plus.
  • You should also have great communication skills, as well as a positive and friendly attitude.
  • You should be able to work well in a team and independently and be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • You should be willing to commit to a 3-year apprenticeship program, with the possibility of progressing to a permanent role.
