We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager Non-SAP (m/f/d) to join our great team. As the Senior Service Manager Non-SAP, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of Non-SAP services across various domains critical to business operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Service Managers and specialists in various Non-SAP domains
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Non-SAP service delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities
- Ensure effective delivery of Non-SAP services, including adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and service level agreements
- Monitor service performance and key performance indicators, proactively identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Continuously evaluate service delivery processes and practices to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practice
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, priorities, and challenges related to Non-SAP services
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology ,Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in leading and managing service delivery teams in non-SAP domains
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in Non-SAP service delivery, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Experience in implementing and supporting non-SAP applications and technologies
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in English, German language skills preferred
