As Business Information Security Officer (BISO) you are the central contact person within ZEISS Digital Partners for information security matters. On the one hand, you will actively shape information security for ZEISS by ensuring ISO27001-compliant operation of the management system and actively promoting general information security awareness within the organization. You will also act as an interface and contact person for managers and project teams on relevant information security issues. With your profound expertise in the field, you will also be an adviser and counselor for managers. Fully backed by senior management, you will roll out crucial information security frameworks across the department.
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field

A very good communicator with highly professional appearance, strong skills in moderation, organization and motivation

Capable of strong analytical thinking and have strong capabilities in proactive problem-solving

Operating with a high sense of duty and willingness to take responsibility

Thinking entrepreneurial (strategic and economic)

Fluent in English and German

Experienced with applicable standards, in particular ISO 27001

Experienced in planning and conducting audits

Bringing theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Information security management in an agile environment

Experienced and very knowledgeable in cloud security processes and procedures with practical experience with at least one hyperscaler (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure; e.g. as Azure developer)

Cybersecurity certifications are an advantage
