- As a part of our team you will coordinate IPN (International Production Network) activities in the area of intralogistics systems.
- Furthermore, you are responsible for kaizen and lessons learned sessions.
- You transfer best practice solutions to all IPN plants and will manage international improvement projects.
- Moreover, you take responsibility for the further development and continuous improvement of the system, processes as well as technology in collaboration with the partner plants.
- You will also analyze recurring faults and coordinate problem solving at an international level.
- In addition, you are in charge of the coordination with suppliers and other departments (e.g. TEF) as well as advising and supporting the operating team.
- Last but not least, you conceptualize and coordinate training courses as well as evaluate and conceptualize intralogistics systems.
- Education: completed technical or logistical university degree in the field of Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience in warehouse- or intralogistics-systems, project experience in the field of mechanical engineering or logistical systems, competence in continuos improvement process
- Personality and Working Practice: communicative, analytical, methodical, assertive, solution-oriented
- Work Routine: willingness to travel
- Languages: very good in German and English, both written and spoken
