Protecting automotive IT from these threats is essential if innovative systems are to be brought safely onto the roads. This is why we need experts who live and breathe IT security and who can use innovative software solutions to develop countermeasures from threat analysis through to developing and implementing a suitable security architecture.

What awaits you?

  • As a Software Safety Tech Lead (f/m/x), you are responsible for the development and implementation of safety standards and policies in accordance with applicable norms and standards.
  • You assess the security risks associated with software development and implementation and identify potential hazards and their impact on system security.
  • You collaborate with our stakeholders to identify, specify, and verify security-related requirements. These requirements must be clearly defined, measurable, and traceable.
  • In your role, you conduct reviews and audits of software development processes, documentation, and implementation to ensure that all security requirements are met and the established standards are adhered to.
  • You manage changes to the software and its associated documentation to ensure that security integrity is maintained throughout the entire development process.

What should you bring along?

  • A university degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in software development according to the ISO 26262 standard
  • Proactive, independent and self-reliant way of working, analytical thinking, and structured practices in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken).
