  • Collaborate with workstream leads and project managers of the FIT4 program within ZEISS Vision Care and Corporate FIT4 Program

  • Monitor and steer project progress of the workstreams in the global FIT4 program within ZEISS Vision Care

  • Establish project standards, processes and templates for a consistent steering of the program

  • Train and coach the project team in regards of methods and standards within the FIT4 program

  • Drive comprehensive plans and timelines together with Project Managers and Program Management

  • Lead risk assessments and assist in mitigation plans

  • Drive the governance for alignment of specification, standardization and customization needs

  • Drive work packages in functional or regional workstreams where possible

  • Manage project and process documentations

  • Implement process improvements for better practices

  • Reports on the projects status and tracking of project tasks and enable decision making by the program leadership and respective workstream sponsors

  • Ensure a strong communication to all stakeholders

  • Build a deep understanding of ZEISS Vision Care business, processes and systems

  • Build a broad network across functions and regions across ZEISS Vision Care

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

  • 3-5 years as Program Management Officer

  • 3-5 years of experience in Change Management/ Project Management methodologies

  • Experience in leading process change projects

  • Experience in navigating a complex network of responsibilities in a multi-functional, multi-regional program in a corporate setting

  • Project management experience, strong analytics, and proactive approach

  • Ability to manage stakeholders, reduce complexity, and mentoring

  • Strong communication skills

  • A very systematic way of working

  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and uncertain environment

  • Excellent English skills, German proficiency is a plus
