Clifford Boro Next Founder Scholarship

The Clifford Boro Next Founder Scholarship is a yearly initiative to support bold student innovators. Each year, one student will receive a $1,000 scholarship to fuel their education and entrepreneurial journey. Cliff Boro firmly believes that the next great founder could be anyone with a vision and determination, so this scholarship is open to all students who are ready to share how they’ve embraced the spirit of entrepreneurship.

How to Apply

1. Write the Essay

Craft your 500–700 word essay addressing the prompt. Make sure it’s saved as a PDF file.

2. Prepare Your Information

You’ll need to provide basic details in the application form, including your full name, email address, phone number, the college/university you attend, and your current program or major.

(Tip: We recommend having a copy of your student ID or enrollment verification handy in case we request proof of enrollment from the winner.)

3. Fill Out the Application Form

Visit the scholarship application form below (on this page). Enter all required information accurately.

4. Upload Your Essay

Attach your PDF essay file in the form where indicated. Double-check that the file is accessible and not password-protected.

5. Submit

Once you’ve filled in your details and attached the essay, hit the “Submit Application” button. You should see a confirmation message on the screen indicating your application was received. We will also send a confirmation email to the address you provided.

Eligibility Criteria

– Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in the United States (open to both undergraduate and graduate students in any field of study).

– Academic Standing: All years of study are welcome – whether you’re a freshman just starting out or a graduate student, you are eligible as long as you are actively enrolled during the application period.

– Nationality: No specific citizenship requirements. International students may apply if they are studying at a U.S.-based institution.
