We are excited to announce North Spore’s first-ever scholarship with the purpose of supporting undergraduate students enrolled in an accredited university within the United States and high school seniors who have been accepted into a university program for the spring of 2022.
North Spore scholarship provides a one-time reward of $2,500 to pay for tuition, books, computers, accommodation, and any other educational expenses.
We’re in search of students committed to academic excellence and the pursuit of better education, who are currently enrolled in any mycology program, a postgraduate study in mycology, or other related studies. As a way of giving back to the community, we’ve decided to support individuals working toward their future through education.

Criteria for Applicants
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be a legal resident of the United States or a holder of a valid student visa
- Must be currently enrolled in or accepted to a full-time program in an accredited US university or college
- Must be a student of mycology, a postgraduate student in mycology, or another related study.
How to Apply
Applicants interested must write a 300-word essay discussing:
Why are you interested in Mycology and what are your goals in the field?
Essays must be sent to [email protected] as an attached PDF file, along with your full name, address, contact information, school name, and date of birth.

Only one submission per person is allowed. You must be able to prove your eligibility based on the above criteria.
