Faurecia Interior Systems Business Group – Decoration Division is looking for a VIE HR Specialist International Project & Reporting (m/f) for its Division based in Kennelbach, Austria.

The main missions of the role are:
- 
Assist HR team in daily personnel-relevant tasks and processes  (e.g. recruitment, training and implantation of group HR policies)
 
- 
Support HR team in transversal, international project
 
- 
Responsible for the monthly and yearly reporting and forecast  (Headcounts, HR KPIs such as Absenteeism, Resignation Rate, Overtime,  Internal Mobility, Gender Diversity, Training, etc.)
 
- 
Elaboration of headcount and staff costs budgets in close collaboration with HR manager & Finance Controllers
 
- 
Responsible of HR data accuracy for a scope of 3 sites (Production Sites, R&D Center)
 
- 
Benchmark and share best practices to optimize Reporting and HR controlling processes
 
- 
Lead initiatives such as Digital collaboration and employer branding projects
 
This VIE mission will last 24 months.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Controlling or Finance
 
- Fluent in English and German 
 
- Highly organized with strong problem solving skills 
 
- Autonomous and detail oriented
